Shipping & Refund Policy
While we do everything in our power to make your order the epitome of perfection, sometimes things go awry. We're committed to making your experience with us so fabulous that you'll want to come back for more and bring your friends along too. As such, we've created the most generous return policy in the industry.
Shipping and Delivery
All products purchased from the Site will be delivered to a member of Access Advertise’s engaged logistics partner.
Access Advertise will use its best efforts to deliver products within 3 to 7 days of the estimated arrival date at the time of order placement. However, Access Advertise does not accept liability or be financially responsible for any delay in delivery, regardless of the reason for such delay. The estimated arrival date is purely indicative and is subject to change due to changes in conditions after the order is placed. Access Advertise disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delays in transit or damage to the goods. Access Advertise will not be responsible for, and will not be liable for, any delays or damages caused by adverse weather conditions, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any reasonable delay beyond Access Advertise’s control will not be considered a deficiency in Access Advertise’s service.
You undertake to provide an accurate postal address to facilitate delivery by Access Advertise. Incomplete address details may result in lost or delayed shipments. Access Advertise is not responsible for any delay or loss of shipments, or other losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. You will be responsible for any product or service not delivered due to the incompleteness/inaccuracy of the address provided at the time of placing the order. Access Advertise is not responsible for any lost shipments, delays, misdeliveries or any other losses incurred by the Member.
Some deliveries are subject to factors beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, unforeseen geopolitical events, international trade complications, state laws, terms and conditions or restrictions imposed by our delivery partners. If we are unable to deliver a product due to these factors, we will refund or credit any amount previously received from the sale of such product. Access Advertise is not liable for non-delivery of Products as a result of these factors.
If you request a change to the Product, address, or any other details related to the Product or Service after placing an order, you agree that such change will result in a change to the actual estimated arrival date, which will be subject to the availability of the Product at that time and the time after such change request. While Access Advertise will endeavor to accommodate such changes requested after placing an order, Access Advertise shall not be liable under any circumstances for failure to implement such change requests.
In the event that delivery is unavailable to you or if a second delivery is refused within 7 days of the first delivery attempt, Access Advertise reserves the right to dispose of the Products you have ordered. While Access Advertise takes all reasonable care and precautions when disposing of a Product, Access Advertise shall not be liable in any way for any misuse of the Product after such disposal.
Step 1: Let Us Know
If you find a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately (within seven business days of delivery) by calling customer support at +91 9745 022 055 or filling out our contact form with your order number. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email:info@accessadvertise.com
Step 2: The Fix
If the order is messed up, we'll get your order reprinted and shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time.
If it were a mistake on your end, we'd ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us. Please include the original packing slip in your return. You can send it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund 50% of the order subtotal. We must receive your order within seven days of your original contact with our customer service team about the issue.

Damage from Shipping:
We use DTDC Courier, DHL Express for all our shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we'll work with Startrack, and in the meantime, we'll reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.
Exclusions
Any issues after you successfully receive the sign, including installation or additional modifications, are not covered under our return policy. We're sorry, but paid design services cannot be refunded.
Return & Refund:
If you are looking to return your product and do not wish to have it replaced, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 30 days of delivery. You can send it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we'll refund you 100% of the order subtotal. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days.
